How does pricing work? Are the prices final?
Every package on this site shows the real, final price for the scope described. If your project needs more than a package covers, we confirm the exact difference in writing before anything changes.
What's the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
30% today to start, 40% at design sign-off, 30% before handover — for one-off packages. Monthly plans bill the first month today, then monthly.
Can I buy a package without talking to anyone first?
Yes — add it to cart and check out. We'll reach out within 48 hours (business days) to confirm scope before any real work starts.
What if I want something that isn't in a package?
Tell us — either through the enquiry form or as checkout notes. We'll confirm a fixed price in writing, or point you to the day rate (€520) or hourly rate (€70) if that fits better.
Do you take on projects outside the Canary Islands?
Regularly — the site is built English-first specifically for remote clients, and the process is designed to work async, across time zones.
How long does a typical project take?
1–8 weeks depending on the package — the exact range is stated on every package card.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Stated per package, from 2 rounds at entry tiers up to 4 at Signature-level packages. Extra rounds are billed at €70/hour.
What do you need from me to start?
Existing brand assets if you have them, your content (or tell us and we'll scope copywriting), one person who can approve the design, and access to your domain/hosting.
What happens if I go quiet mid-project?
We'll follow up per the 48-hour commitment on our side; on yours, extended silence around a sign-off point can push the timeline — we'll always tell you before that happens, not after.
Can I add a Care Plan after launch?
Yes, any time — most clients add one at handover.
What do you build with, and why does it matter?
A modern static-first stack for speed and simplicity, or a headless CMS when you need to edit content yourself — never a bloated, plugin-stacked page builder.
Will my site work well on mobile?
Every build is mobile-first and tested on real devices — not just resized in a browser.
Can I edit the site myself after it's built?
With a CMS Build, yes, with training included. With a Static Build, changes go through a developer — or a Care Plan.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
We can help you set them up, or work with what you already have. You always keep them in your own name.
What are "Lighthouse" and "Core Web Vitals," and why do you mention them?
They're Google's own published, checkable measures of speed, accessibility and quality. We mention them because they're verifiable — you can run the check yourself.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
Before work starts, it's refunded in full. Mid-project, you pay only for completed milestones and keep the work delivered so far.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes — the agreed scope, price and terms are confirmed in writing before work beyond the deposit begins.
What data do you collect, and why?
Name, email, phone and postal address, for quotes and bookings — plus billing details if you check out.
Is there a cooling-off period since I'm buying online?
Yes — EU/Spanish consumer law gives you 14 days' withdrawal right. If you ask us to start work inside that window, you waive it for the work already delivered — confirmed with a checkbox at checkout, not buried in small print.
Who owns the finished site?
You do — files, domain and content are yours at handover, no lock-in, no ongoing licence fee to us.
