These terms apply whenever you buy a package through this site's cart and checkout, or engage us for a quoted, price-on-application project (Custom Application, Scale). By placing an order or accepting a written quote, you agree to them.

Every purchasable package on /pricing/ and each service page shows its real price, turnaround and inclusions. Adding a package to cart and completing checkout is an order, not an enquiry. For the two price-on-application services, we confirm scope and price in writing before any order exists.

All prices are shown excluding tax. IGIC (7%) applies to buyers billing from the Canary Islands, IVA (21%) to mainland Spain and other EU consumers, and 0% reverse charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number; buyers outside the EU are not subject to Spanish indirect tax. The applicable rate is calculated at checkout from your billing region and shown before you pay.

One-off packages are billed in three milestones: 30% on order (deposit), 40% at design sign-off, 30% before handover. Monthly packages bill the first month on order, then monthly in advance. Full detail, including what happens if you cancel, is in the Refund Policy.

Each package states its turnaround range. Timelines run from the date scope is confirmed in writing (end of the Discovery step), not from the date of order, and assume timely responses from you at review points.

Each package states its included number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond that number, or changes outside the agreed scope, are billed at €70/hour and confirmed in writing before we proceed.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables — the website, brand assets, or documents produced for your project — and receive the source files at handover. Until final payment is made, these remain our property. We may retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

You're responsible for providing content, approvals and access (domain/hosting) in a timely way. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline; they don't reduce the agreed price.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care, to the standards stated on this site (Lighthouse ≥90, WCAG 2.2 AA, and the rest of the standards band). We're not liable for losses arising from content you provide, third-party services you choose to integrate, or use of the delivered work outside its intended scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

If you're a consumer buying online, Spanish and EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Full detail, including how this interacts with work you ask us to start immediately, is in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own place of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time of order.
