Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. No fee, no questions.

Cancel before the Discovery step begins and your 30% deposit is refunded in full.

Cancel after work has started and you pay only for completed milestones (per the 30% / 40% / 30% schedule in §04) — not the full package price. You keep the work produced up to that point.

30% deposit on order, 40% at design sign-off, 30% before handover. This is the same schedule shown on every package card and at checkout.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Extra rounds, or work outside the agreed scope, are billed separately at €70/hour and confirmed in writing before they proceed — never added automatically to an invoice.

Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fee, no long contract. The month already in progress when you cancel is not refunded, since the work for it is already underway.

If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from your order to withdraw without giving a reason (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Because our work typically begins inside that window at your request, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you understand this — if you ask us to start before the 14 days end, you expressly waive the withdrawal right for the work already delivered by the time you withdraw. This is shown as a clear checkbox at checkout, never assumed.

The 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers. If you're purchasing as a business (VAT/CIF provided at checkout), it doesn't apply — cancellation follows §02–§06 above instead.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
